Senior SELECT/Senior SELECT Plus:
Blue Cross Senior SELECT and Blue Cross Senior SELECT PLUS are Medicare supplement Standard Plan A's with additional benefits for services received In Network.
- $5 office visit copayments at Participating Prudent Buyer Providers
- Covers Medicare Part A and Part B deductibles when using Participating Prudent Buyer Providers and Medicare SELECT Hospitals
- Blue Cross Senior SELECT PLUS includes prescription drug benefit when participating pharmacies are used
Senior SmartChoice and SmartChoice Plus:
SmartChoice-
- Low monthly premium, high deductible plan
- Same benefits as Blue Cross Senior Classic F
- Generic formulary prescription drug benefit with low copayments and no annual maximums
SmartChoice PLUS-
- Same benefits as the SmartChoice plan, with a home health and nursing facility rider
- Available to qualified applicants age 65 to 75, who are enrolled in Medicare Part A and B
AdvantageCare-
- Blue Cross Senior Classic F Plan with a home health and nursing care rider
- Additional benefits up to $36,500 for residential or nursing facility and home health care
