The Added Advantage POS plan offers the manageable costs of an
HMO with access to the extensive PPO
provider network.
Features-
- Costs are lower when using the HMO Personal Physician rather than PPO or non-PPO providers
- Members pay less to visit a PPO provider rather than a non-PPO provider
- For coverage from a non-PPO provider, members pay the plan's calendar-year deductible, the applicable
copayment plus any charges that exceed Blue Shield's allowable amount.
